At this age your baby will thrive on structure which will make your life a little bit easier too.
It is good to keep in mind that at around 4 months old babies hit a big developmental stage and sleep regression is common, just know that it will soon pass.
Milk - Five feeds during the day. Night feeds may still be needed and a dream feed may be introduced too.
Naps - During the day, your baby should sleep for a roughly between 3 & 4 hours. Ideally don't let them wake up any later than 5pm, as this will affect bedtime sleep. Again keep practising putting them down for their naps awake, great habit to get into.
